This site is designed and maintained by a group of 6-9th grade girls that are working on learning more about STEM careers this year. The National Girls Collaborative Project awarded MSAD 41 and Futures of Maine,  a $1000 grant to work collaboratively on projects to promote STEM careers. The goal of MSAD 41 and Futures of Maine is to have students take a lead role in planning projects, creating this website and leading a STEM group that focuses on learning what it takes to enter STEM careers. This will have a focus on not only the careers but what colleges offer for STEM courses and talking with college students who are currently taking STEM course loads.
